With Hotel Läckö

We would like to inform you about the rules that apply when you book and / or stay at Hotell Läckö.

Generally

You and the hotel can agree on the terms of the stay. Unless a special agreement has been reached, the rules set out in this text apply - as do those that are internationally accepted.

Order and confirmation

An order is binding once it has been confirmed. This can be done orally or in writing, e.g. via e-mail. You and the hotel have thus reached an agreement. However, there is some possibility of cancellation - see section "Cancellation and no-show".

Arrival and departure

The hotel room is at your disposal from 15.00 the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave the room no later than 11.00.

Late arrival

The room is reserved for arrival no later than 21.00. If you expect to arrive later, you must notify the hotel in advance so as not to risk renting the room to another guest.

Cancellation and no-show

The following rules apply:

Cancellation must be made no later than 18.00 the day before arrival. If you are absent without cancellation or cancel later than kl. 18.00 so you have to pay for a day.

If the hotel has had special costs due to your booking, you will be liable for these.

Departure before the end of the agreed time

If you have ordered for a specific period of time but leave before the end of this period, you must pay the same compensation as for late orders. In addition to the price for the time you stayed at the hotel, you pay for another day.

Stay indefinitely

If you stay at the hotel indefinitely and extend your stay by one day at a time, you should notify the departure no later than 18:00 the day before you leave. Otherwise you have to pay for an extra day. If the hotel can no longer let you dispose of the room, you have the right to know this no later than 18.00 the day before departure.

The hotel's obligations

If the hotel cannot provide you with a room by agreement, you have the right to get an equivalent or better room within the hotel or in a hotel of an equivalent standard at no extra cost.
